Let's Move, Let's Grow Grant

Funds from the grant are earmarked for the Junior Pre Kindergarten classrooms and students. The focus of the grant will be on improving the ELC playground and purchasing items to motivate our students to lead a healthy lifestyle beginnning with eating healthy and exercising. Improvements have begun on the ELC playground with more playground improvements scheduled for March . Grant funds will allow purchases of several new outdoor play houses and structures to be made. Both Jr. Pre K classrooms have already received new all in one kitchens for their students to cook up some healthy meals. To get the children "Moving" indoors several exercise CDS, hopscotch mats and activity motivaitng items will be place permanetly in the ELC gym.
